Hello,I have been having unresolved issues with all files. Anytime I right click any file, whether it be a file on my desktop, or in a folder, explorer will crash and everything will re-load. This includes (but is not limited to) .jpg, .pdf, and any microsoft word files.I have tried many trouble shooting methods but none have seemed to work. For example, I followed the instructions on this page https://windowsreport.com/windows-explorer-crash-right-click/I cannot update to Windows 11 either bc my laptop is too old, but I cannot see this being the main issue.
