My laptop was running a bit slow so I wanted to reset it. I chose to keep my files, it took a couple of hours to complete and when it was done it just showed a black screen. I waited a bit but it did nothing. So I pressed the power button to restart it. Next I was able to move my cursor, still showing a black screen, but then it just froze again. I repeated it but nothing worked. Any help would be appreciated,Thanks and regards.
