Does Windows 10/11 only show bluetooth battery level in 10% increments?

I have a bluetooth headset and would like to check the battery level of the headset with better accuracy. Can this be done in 1% steps as it only seems to be updating is 10% steps. e.g. 90%, 80% etc.
