Technical question about windows can't recognize my internet connect even though the internet works except system related items such as update

So my internet is perfectly fine on every device at my house. However, on my Alienware 17 r4 laptop I can access internet but the system can't recognize that connection which leads to failure of updating and various other issues such as unable to open up windows store and Xbox. So everything runs smoothly except system related stuff because system can't recognize my perfectly working internet connection.I already tried all the internet connection command in CMD along with system fixing command such as chsk and sfc.I also tried reset everything I could.also tried command in PowerShell. also rei
