I am trying to update the program NVivo version 12.0.0.71 Edition Pro to the latest version, 12.6.1. The update has been downloaded and is ready to be installed. However, upon clicking "Install Now" I get the message "Error 2894.Info 2894.Loading RICHED20.DLL failed. GetLastError() returned: 5"The reason I am trying to install the update is NVivo stopped functioning for me this morning (05.01.23)l, by crashing down when I executed tasks I had been working with without an issue at the end of December.
