I recently got a new SSD and I reinstalled windows on it, deleting the previous windows from the HDD. Prior to the SSD I had no lag/stuttering whatsoever. After installing it I noticed some performance issues (and installing windows on it). It mainly affects games like Overwatch 2 and Valorant (tested so far). I got high FPS (130ish in OW2 and much more in Valorant), but the game doesn't feel smooth whatsoever. Valorant has moments when if I move my mouse, the camera movement is choppy, kind of microstuttering, while overwatch is a struttery mess. Weird thing is that my frame time and fps are
