Alexa App problem. It will not launch.I have only basic systems knoweldge.I have Windows10 laptop. I have changed my ISP and need to reset my Alexa-I have downloaded the Alexa App from the MS Store (several times). I have the Alexa icon but it will not launch-all I see is a blue screen with the Alexa icon and 3 pulsating blue dots....letting run for 15 minutes but no change. My ISP connection is basic/ slow (c.6Mbps download/c.5Mbps upload) but enough to browse and to run my most used apps (mostly MS Word). I have tried 1. Reinstall Alexa App 2.
