I tried Installing the web one and it says there's a newer version already installed so It won't progress as much then I tried the directx9.c thing and downloaded the installer here and halfway it crashes and it says "An internal system error occured. Please refer to DXerror.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem." and I also tried downloading d3dx9.39dll on a trusted website and downloaded both 64 and 32 bit of the file and put it on my SySWOW64 and System32 and still doesn't work I was trying to play League of Legends (it was good before in garena **also playing
