Why can't I change my child's age?

I need to change my child's age, and I can't.More:Microsoft keeps telling me I need parental permission to use my account because it thinks I am a minor, but I am 42 years old. It will not let me change my age myself. It used to say I was born in 2013. I tried to change it to 1981 two days ago, and now it thinks I was born in 2023.I cannot change my age myself. I apparently need an adult to do it for me, even though I bought Office myself with my credit card. As such, Microsoft made me start another account, so I could add myself as a child, and then change the age of my "child" who is me. The
