Windows 10 Night Light won't turn off... this is a nightmare please fix!

I have Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 and the night light feature COMPLETELY IGNORES my settings and is turning itself off and on every time I alt tab between applications or when I open it for the first time!It won't obey any of the registry settings either, I do not have anything else installed which would cause this.I've reinstalled my graphics/display drivers... and windows...This is not a hardware issue.
