PC freezes on its own while playing. Can someone help me

It started happening recently. During games PC freezes instantly and just stays froze. When froze i can hear my friends for like 10 seconds then their sound goes away too. Updating drivers didnt fix it. Fixes on internet forums didnt work because they are not specific. Thought i need help so i came here. It only happens on games so it might be my GPU but not sure. Thanks in advance.Specs: GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 3060 Ti 16GBCPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHzRAM: 16 GB 3000 MHZ
