I have only one account on the computer, the administrator account, and i cannot access/change anything that requires administrator permissions. Any solutions that i have tried to search up results in not being able to even try the solution in the first place because i dont have administrator rights. I cant access my C drive (access is denied) and when i go to properties, the security tab says "you must have Read permissions to view the properties of this object". When i click on advanced it says Unable to display current owner, trying to click continue (which requires admin rights) freezes th
