once pc boots into windows and is on the login screen it says "your pin is no longer available due to a change in security settings on this device. click to set up your pin again". when "set up my pin" underneath is pressed it says it is unavailable due to not having internet, as ethernet or WIFI doesn't show up/work even though being plugged in and working with other devices, and cant download new drivers or try to get them working as cant access windows settings or edge as cant log in.
