how to disable system tasks in windows 10 without access denied

hello: I want to disable various unnecessary Windows tasks via cmd and "Power Shell". however, both ways give me access denied. I am trying to do it with the system right after formatting it and it shows the same error. the commands used are the following: "schtasks /change /TN <C:\Windows\System32\Tasks\Microsoft\Windows\Chkdsk> /f "
