When I click "Save as" for any program (Word, Excel, Pictures, Notepad, etc), it no longer shows the folders in the navigation pane even though I have navigation pane check marked under "Organize files". It still won't show. It also does not have the options of a details pane and preview pane. I also ran the sfc /Scannow system file checker by running the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool prior to, and my results are that "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations".
