I lost all of my files, (including: pictures, documents, downloads videos, etc.) settings won't open, the search bar on the taskbar no longer works, general computer functions on my HP Windows 10 are not working after an update last week. I need help. Thank you.I have tried ways, several hours per to solve for a week. I don't know what to do.Thank you,J Jones
