Anyone know how to fix No Internet, secured?

I have a wifi adapter as my pc didn't come with a proper wifi thing in the motherboard. So I ended up recently purchasing a wavlink ac650 dual band wifi usb adapter after my D-Link DWA 171 stopped working once I pulled it out. Now this new one doesn't even work and it still gives me the same message: No Internet, secured. I even tried on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. Any fixes?Devices:WiFi Adapter: wavlink AC650 Dual Band WiFi USB Adapter.Windows 10 PCAll other devices work just fine.

I lose my wifi connection every 30 seconds for a second. It says no Internet, secured for that split second then connected, sucured again. Anyone know
