My Microsoft Apps wont connect to the internet and my Network Settings crash instantly what do i do?

All my Apps from the microsoft store(minecraft windows 10 edition, netflix, etc.) wont connect to the Internet and if i open my settings and click on network and internet it instantly closes. Can someone please help me?
