How to get warranty on defective mouse-keyboard bundle?

Hello! When I go to the site to check warranty:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/warrantyIt says "To check the warranty status for Microsoft accessories like mice, keyboards, cameras, or headsets, contact us.". The last part is a link, which takes you to:Microsoft Virtual Agent you have to look for "Show expanded list of products" then pick "PC Accessories", which offers either Home or Business, so I pick Get Business Support, which then takes you to a web form to select the product family (Microsoft Accessories), second item asks what product, either keyboar or mice, whe
