I'm extremely annoyed. I just got done reinstalling Windows 10 after discovering that somehow the Windows Installer Service was disabled and nothing worked to fix it. Including EVERY Microsoft suggestion. Now I'm reinstalled and discover that the Installer Service is working but the Windows Explorer search bar is greyed out and the Security Service won't start. Last year I experienced this issue and had to reinstall Windows again back then. It looks like I'll need to do that yet AGAIN - followed by reinstalling GBs worth of software.
