I bought a new SSD (C drive) for my laptop to replace my old one. I transferred all the files of the old SSD onto my D drive, then obviously went through the whole process of replacing the SSD. I set up windows again and transferred my files from the old SSD (which was now on the D drive) onto my new SSD (the new C drive). The applications on my D drive no longer appear in the storage section of settings, hence I can't simply just press 'repair' or 'reset' app as many sources suggest.
