Hello! I just finished setting up Windows 10 Professional edition but my laptop is acting a bit wierd.For example: When I hover with my mouse pointer ( cursor ) over the task bar apps / windows icon / search bar nothing happens, from past experience i know very well that there should be some kind of a grey background of that icon which tells me that I am hovering over it, it doesn't let me open it either, when i click it nothing happens.BTW: For some reason I can't click anything in my settings, i can open settings if I struggle for a bit but after that nothing works, I can't access anything b
