RemoteAccess:Win32/TightVNC

I ran Microsoft One Care full service scan for the first time today. It
found several things that were fixed by the same, but there was was in
particular that it could not fix. "RemoteAccess:Win32/TightVNC"
Can anyone tell me what this is and what if anything I should do about it?
