RemoteAccess:Win32/TightVNC

I used Microsoft One Care full service scan for the first time today. It
found alot of things that needed attention and fixed nearly all of them. One
in particular that it could not fix was "RemoteAccess:Win32/TightVNC"
Can anyone tell me what this is and what if anything I should do about it?
Microsoft virus definition has a listing for this but no solution.
Thank you in advance!

Is there any reason why AumHa.com is not on your list for checking HJT logs?
TIA
