Windows 10 crash randomly without blue screen.

I have a Lenovo Legion Y9000P 2022, if turn on Intel Graphics card, Windows crashes twice a day, screen flashing then reboot. if turn it off, Windows crashes three times a week, sound disappear, then everything freeze, and reboot after a few seconds.There is no blue screen, only three events after reboot.Event 6008, EventLogThe previous system shutdown at 20:30:31 on ‎2023/‎1/‎11 was unexpected.Event 41, Kernel-Power, The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.
