Since an update of Win10 Pro (Vs. 10.0.19044 Build 19044) my laptop will not boot up with the external monitor plugged in (either via VGA or HDMI). The laptop is a Satellite Pro L850-1P8. The monitor is an AOC 12369Vm.If I unplug the monitor and boot the laptop first, I can then plug in the monitor to either output and it work fine.I have tried to reinstall the monitor driver and the drivers are described as the best available. Any ideas please?Phil Benton
