Windows 10 "The referenced account is Locked and maynot be logged on ".

Hi, I am using Windows 10 on My work domain computer. Every time the system sleeps or restarts I enter correct password but the windows locks "The reference account is locked and may not be logged on". I have tried changing password multiple times and it has been recurring again and again. IT says they see wrong password entered multiple times which is not true. It's frustrating.
