I have just replaced the CMOS battery in my PC but now I find that every time I start my PC, the CPU and case fans turn for a few seconds and then the PC switches off. Thereafter, after about a minute or so, the PC starts running again by itself and the American Megatrends version (2.15.1234) is displayed as well as the following error message: CMOS checksum fail, defaults was loadedPress F1 to continuePress DEL to enter Setup I then have to press F1 to continue and I am able to proceed. But why is that so? Previously, the American Megetrends message did not appear at all
