How can I install Windows 10 on a BitLocker encryoted disk that appears not to be there

Our community centre bought an ASUS VivoBook Flip14 TP470. Some time ago someone (don't know who) attempted to set it up and managed to encrypt with BitLocker. Don't have any detail (or any way of finding out) of key, resue key, MS ID for rescue or anything else. The answer is I have to do a fresh install of Windows.Have downloaded instalation media from MS site to USB drive, started the install and it can't find a drive to install on. Drive appears to be NVMe.Stepped out to cmd prompt and ran diskpart. List disk and it only shows drive 0 with 14 Gb. Don't know where the other 498 gb have
