Ever since installing a new GPU (RX 6600 8GB), I am having frequent crashes in every game, regardless of quality settings or anything of the sort. Before the upgrade, I was using a GTX960, so it certainly wasn't a downgrade, but running games at the same quality settings if not lower (e.g. Overwatch 2 on the lowest settings) causes crashes with a message of something along the lines of something in the system running out of memory. The physical ram usage in the task manager never exceeds ~70%, but the committed section of the task manager is almost entirely used up, which is evidently causing
