Its Jan 17 2023 and since Dec 16 2022 Win 10 KB5021089 Cumulative Update for 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 fails to install over and over no matter what I do including the 'retry' note . I also keep getting the 'getting windows ready' window when booting up which sometimes clears itself but update still fails. The error code is OX80073712. I tried several things and then went to the update catalog and manually downloaded the exact update for my 64 bit system. I get message that this update is not applicable for my system.
