I have the Sennheiser Momentum 4 (Noise Cancelling headset) and it works on all of my devices except for my Windows 10 laptop. I have updated the bluetooth drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled them. Tried both from Windows and direct from Intel (no available drivers from Sennheiser direct). The latest from Intel was using their driver install program (BT-22.190.0-32-64UWD-Win10-Win11.exe; I did a complete install instead of standard or custom installation just to cover all bases). I have restarted my laptop after each attempt. I have also tried switching to a 4G network as some have suggested
