Device Setup Manager service (DsmSvc) is constantly using too many resources after change of SSD disk

I recently changed my laptop's main SSD disk and since then the DsmSvc service is constantly running and is slowing down the computer by using lots of resources. Mainly CPU and Power Usage.This service is running and is set to Manual (Trigger Start).
