I'm trying to update my OS from windows 7 to windows 10. I already run the 2 software successfully (easy fix and for the windows update). The final software that I need to run to complete the process is the media creation tool. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do that because I'm receiving an error message that says "We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your pc. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000."
