After installing server 2016; I’m getting a full black screen with Administrator: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe

After installing server 2016. It’s showing full black screen nothing else pops up except box with Administrator: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe. How do I go about restoring my desktop back to its original?
