This problem doesn't appear to have a solution when it isn't just sticky keys existing and it's been laid out before to little avail but I thought I'd describe exactly how it functions for me just in case that helps with finding a solution:1) The usual, shift key is perpetually active, new windows are opened when I click on a program in the taskbar, I have to type with capslock on to get lowercase letters, sometimes numbers and commas and periods are always sent into the "uppercase" (though at this moment this can be circumvented by (de)activating capslock, which didn't always work), using the
