My pc forcefully logs in as administrator and goes to a blank white screen when it logs in

I recently reset my pc, and have been met with ‘the user profile service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded.’ I tried a few fixes i saw online, none working, and after trying one that included running my pc as administrator, my pc has been automatically logging into the administrator account, where I am met with a blank white screen. What do i do?
