No internet / Hotspot...

Hello Community Members...I have a Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10 also a mobile phone Motorola Macro OneWhen I go to use the WiFi hotspot it gets internet and sometimes not...So I played the Troubleshooter "Network Adapter" and it said two things...1) Problem with wireless adapter or access point2) "WiFi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration How do I go about fixing these error messages so my hotspot works AS BEFORE ! (Seamlessly)...I Thank ALL in advance for your advice and help also Appreciate your time...Best Paul...
