Is it possible connect raid0 disks to new pc?

Hi specialists!I have a pc with 3 hdd as raid0 disc drive Z:I got new pc and i wonder if i can just disconnect and connect those drives to use them there as same raid0 z: disk?Is it possible? What is necessary to achieve this?Thank you!
