1/15/2023 Windows update to 22H2 was automatically installed when the pc was set to perform a System Restore to 1/09/2023.

I did not authorize the update to 22H2 and the Update and Security in Settings displays a large message: "this pc is not equipped for Windows 11 yet").Of course, now the computer is running completely crazy. Most of my apps, features, files, programs and particularly all settings no longer work. My main Credit Card account no longer works at all. I am not at all familiar with most websites/pages that appear.Particularly important is that my Outlook.com (the free version) that is connected with my Microsoft account does not work.
