Help me print a pdf booklet.

I need to print a pdf in booklet form. All the instructions I find online seem to apply to the Adobe pdf reader. However, because I run Windows in S Mode, I cannot install the Adobe reader. Surely the Edge pdf reader can accomplish the same thing, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. My printer is an HP inkjet with duplex option. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
