Hello,I occasionally test out things in virtual machines using hyper-v or windows sandbox, but I never have more than 1 vm at a time.However, when I go to device manager, under network adapters, I see that I apparently have 7 different hyper-v virtual ethernet adapters. I'm really not sure how and why I have this many, again I only have 1 vm set up.So, my questions are:1. Why do I have this many?2. Could they potentially impact my regular internet connection? (it has been really slow recently for some reason)3. Can I possibly get rid of most of them? I know I can't get rid of all of them becau
