windows 10 how to set brightness to default

Hello dear community,I **** having problem with my windows 10 such as can't change it's brightness to default settings. Everything on screen is very bright. How can i adjust this brightness settings to default one (Also some of my games are very dark as opposite to this) in my games thanks.Also one of my old friends changed my computer's bios settings ''little bit or more of it'' i am not sure of it. How can i reverse this to default settings and graphics card's is at latest version as my amd panel is showing to me.
