Dear sir/ma'am, I have this HDD and I am looking for my old photos and videos. When I tried to open them I failed because of the lock. It says Error 0x80071771: The specified file could not be decrypted. I have tried a lot with both windows methods, i.e. user change to everyone and command prompt cipher/ d also but I was unable to access them. This HDD had windows 10 on it and I replaced it with an SSD and installed Windows 10 on it on the same PC and using HDD as an external drive. Should I re-install this HDD into the laptop and again use Windows for it, or is there any other way for it..?
