This started with the update for Windows 10 at the end of October 2022. After the culmative update (when I reset Windows 10, I lost that update version number) I had two applications no longer able to start. They both exit immediately with error code 0xc000007b (Garmin Express and Garmin Basecamp).At that time I worked with Garmin to see if they could help, and they ended up not being able to help. After several removals and re-installation of the applications, they continued to fail to start.As a last resort, I performed a reset of Windows 10 and re-installed all 54 of my applications (too
