BSoD memory management

I Keep Getting BSoD memory management and I don't know what to do sfc /scannow keeps giving me an error with something like windows resource protection couldn't perform the requested operation and chkdsk won't work! I've tried sfc scannow even is safe mode. I can barley use my PC for 10-20 minutes. Also sometimes I get other errors like unexpected store expection and critical process died. I don't know what to do please someone help me :(
