Pin problem

I was using my pc when i try Turn it on and Put my pin ot says something happend to my pin and Can't Login . When i try to Change The Sign option to password i forget the password and cant Troubleshoot it.and I have other Account And i log in with that But Everything doesn't work like camera,video player,finger print and internet Connection doesn't work When i try to Troubleshoot it Asked me To insert me Password that i forget What Can I do please
