Windows 10 asking me for a password. I've never had a password Before or I don’t know what is the password

Whenever I’m trying to run the system it is showing automatic repair and when I’m choosing this advanced options like trouble shoot - reset the pc or advanced options they are asking me to choose the account ‘hp ’ and that is the only option they are showing and I don’t even know what is the password for the administrator account . Nothing is working even for command prompt asking for password. Can you help me to work my pc again ?
