Winscript VBS and Chrome Window Navigation

I have a Winscript.vbs macro that opens a TuneIn radio station (Listen to The Sean Hannity Show on News Radio 810 WGY on TuneIn). That's the easy part. Is there a way to navigate the floating window hovering over the station play button and close it using only keyboard strokes? I'm going to assume the solution would also allow me to navigate to the station play button and begin listening.
