When i Click on my screen after not clicking for a few minutes Every Window minimizes itself

i dont know why but ever since i upgraded to windows 11 and then go back to windows 10 all my windows randomly minimizes itself when i click after not clicking for abit, this gets extremely annoying in games, and i have tried all methods that i found on youtube such as doing a DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, Reseting my PC, Moving taskbar locations, Changing Resolutions to the right one, changing the Refresh rate and more, but non works, when i switch back to windows 11 this still happens just less frequent but still gets very annoying.
